Business Development Executive

At E2E Digitech Pvt. Ltd., the Sales and Business Marketing Manager is in the position of discovering, providing care, and releasing new business prospects with the goal to increase sales, expand the clientele, and advance the company’s performance.

Their work includes:

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for business development.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and trust-building.

Needs Assessment: Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to propose tailored solutions that align with our products/services.

Sales Presentations: The job involves creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively showcase our products and value proposition.

Sales Cycles: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up with leads and prospects.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.

Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and agreements to close deals that are mutually beneficial.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven business development or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • The individual possesses strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, and is goal-oriented and results-driven, having a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects.
