Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Our Billing Department takes control of all cancellations; therefore, all the cancellation requests must be forwarded to our billing department or directly communicated to our Account Manager. Your request will not be processed if the respective departments do not approve of it.
- Requesting for a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order is essential to get them approved. Once the execution of your order has begun, your request will not be processed.
- In Case of Monthly Payment Client has to give written communication to support@e2edigitech.com for cancellation of Auto Debit. After process confirmation there will be maximum one minimum & zero ecs will be deducted.
- In the case of Payment not paid by the client end to e2e digitech before due date. E2E Digitech have full rights to stop service on immediate basis.
- For ECS Based Service, Client give full authorization to e2e digitech team to debit service amount from my bank account after ECS formalities.
- E2E Digitech Shall not be liable for any claim/damage arising out of content posted on your charge.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of the work, we do not offer refunds of any services after work has been started.
- Client can cancel the contract anytime, a refund will not be provided if the contract is cancelled in between the ongoing month. In this case, while future billing will be discontinued, no prorated refunds will be given.
- A refund will not applicable if client hires another SEO Company within the contractual period or performs SEO on his/her website in parallel.
- We offer no refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are inactive, abandoned or lay dormant for more than a month.
- In case of effect on LOCAL SEO ranking due to changes in ranking algorithm, policies or functionality of search engines. NO Refund will be given.
- e2e Digitech will responsible to any refund for Pay-Per-Click Service's Top up amounts also.
- There will be no refund for initial payment given at the time of ECS/ Monthly payment option.
Note: Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and
conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which
are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject
to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the
Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions
including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner.
